Hua Mei Care Management Service of Tsao Foundation

Hua Mei Care Management (HMCM) works with frail and at risk elders (and their caregivers, if any), to advocate, link up and monitor a support system of medical, homecare and social services to enable them to live at home in optimal health. HMCM was started in 1998 in a pilot project to launch care management in Singapore. It is the longest running, continuous service of its kind in the country.

Healthy Aging Association

Singapore’s first association to promote healthy aging was launched on 14th June 2002 by a group of doctors and business professionals. Aptly named the Healthy Aging Association (HAA!), this is the first association in Singapore dedicated to educating and promoting awareness of, and to act as a catalyst in the practice of healthy aging.
